Little is known about the planet Dagobah. He was in the Dagobah system in the Sluis sector. Almost uninhabited, however, there were a multitude of different animal species that populated the planet. The giant pond snails and the butcher beetles, which set their traps between the gnarwood trees, should be mentioned here.

Another resident of Dagobah was the Jedi master Yoda, who fled to the planet when Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader started their campaign against the Jedi.

During the Clone Wars, a group of Dark Jedi terrorized the Bpfassh system. They were stopped by a Jedi command, but a dark Jedi made it to the planet Dagobah, where he was finally stopped in a three-day battle with Yoda.

The presence of this dark Jedi was still palpable in a cave near Yoda's home, so it was assumed that this aura protected Yoda from detection by the Emperor.

Dagobah was also the place where Yoda trained young Luke Skywalker to be a Jedi at the request of Ben Kenobi. About a year after the Battle of Endor, the New Republic set up a small outpost on Dagobah, which they stationed on Mount Yoda in memory of Yoda. Five years after Yoda's death, Luke returned to the planet and received a cry for help from a ship that may have once heard the dark Jedi of Bpfassh.

Another three years later, Luke tried to help the JediCallista to reactivate their lost power abilities on Dagobah, but this was unsuccessful ...
