Plastic surgery is one of those unspoken topics in Hollywood. People know it exists, but the stars who have admitted actually getting it are far and wide. But that doesn't mean that everyone in Hollywood keeps their plastic surgery a secret. In fact, there are a handful of celebrities, from the Kardashian-Jenners to Ariel Winter, who are completely open and honest about the times they were under the knife.

Tyra Banks: nose job

In her memory of 2018, Perfect Is Boring, Banks stated that she had a nose job, which was useful for both her breathing and cosmetics.

"I had bones in my nose that were growing and itchy," Banks told People. "I could breathe well, but I added plastic surgery. I'll admit it! Wrong hair, and I got my nose done."

Kylie Jenner: lip filler

After years of rumors, Jenner agreed that she got lip fillers in 2016. The decision came from an experience at the age of ten when she was told on a date that her lips looked small. “This guy I kissed was like, 'Your lips are really small, but you're a really good kisser. I didn't think you could kiss well.' It was so rude, "Jenner told Complex. "From then on, I just felt like I saw guys staring at my lips. I felt like nobody wanted to kiss me."

However, in June 2018, Jenner revealed on Instagram that she was removing most of her lip fillers. She announced the news on an Instagram comment after a fan said a selfie of her looked like "old Kylie".

Khloé Kardashian: face filler

There are a lot of rumors going on about what Kardashian has and has not done yet. So far the only procedure she has admitted to is face filler, which she regretted and immediately removed.

"My face was fucked," she said in 2016 on her talk show "Kocktails with Khloé". "That didn't work for me. I looked crazy, and I still think the effects are in there - I broke it all up like three times."

Kelly Rowland: Boob Job

The first time Rowland considered breast augmentation was when she was 18 years old, but Beyoncé's mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, warned her about it and urged her to think about it before making the decision. It wasn't until ten years later, when Rowland was 28 years old, that she went under the knife.

"I wanted to get breast implants when I was 18, but my mom and Beyoncé's mom said I should really think about it first," Rowland told Shape in 2013. They used padded bras and walked around in them to see how that would feel. You need to know what you are getting no matter what type of surgery it is. "

Kaley Cuoco: boob job, nose job, neck filler

When it comes to plastic surgery, Cuoco has hit the gamut. She admitted to Women's Health in 2016 that she got a nose job and a tit job, and even pinned a line of cosmetic fillers on the back of her neck.

“I had my nose done years ago. And my breasts - the best I've ever done, ”Cuoco said. "Recently I had an in-line pen down my throat that I had had since I was 12 years old."

Jennifer Aniston: nose job

Like many others with a deviated septum, Aniston struggled with her breath, especially when she was asleep. To solve the problem, she got a nose job, which she confessed to People in 2007.

"I had [a deviated septum] repaired - the best thing I've ever done," said Aniston. "I slept like a baby for the first time in years."

Iggy Azalea: nose job, boob job

Azalea confessed to getting a nose job in 2015 after fans thought her face looked different at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards. "I'm not denying it. Denying that is lame," Azalea said to Seventeen. "There are things about myself that I didn't like that I changed through the operation. There are other things that I don't like, but I've learned to accept."

That same year, Azalea told Vogue that after years of wearing padding for her stage costumes, she also got a breast augmentation. "I got bigger breasts four months ago!" She said. "I had thought about it all my life."

Dianna Agron: nose job

In a 2011 interview with David Letterman, Agron admitted that she lifted her nose twice. The first time happened when, as a freshman in high school, she got into an argument that resulted in a broken, bloody nose. "I didn't go to the doctor because I didn't want to tell my mother what happened and she would never let me out of the house," she said.

Then she broke it again years later when she was on a concert tour with her Glee-cast. “I couldn't have it repaired because we were filming in the middle of the concert tour. We had a day off and I met up with some friends and we danced. And again there was some kind of collision - I have to turn too fast, people don't see me coming or anything - but now it's fixed! "Said Agron.

Chrissy Teigen: Liposuction

In a 2017 interview with Refinery29, Teigen revealed that she had an armpit liposuction nine years ago. Though she initially kept it a secret, Teigen admits she has no regrets. However, she also suggested that she might need a second round of lipo after the initial effects wear off.

"I had an armpit sucked out, which was one of the best things. It's a big secret, but I don't care. It was about nine years ago. And I had two inches on my armpit," said Teigen. "Now it's back, so now I have to pay for [liposuction] again. It was so easy. I felt better in clothes; I felt more confident. It was the stupidest, stupidest thing I've ever done. That dumbest, but I like whatever it is. I don't regret it, honestly. "

Cardi B: Boob Job, Butt Implants

Cardi B is open and honest about her plastic surgery, starting with her boob job, which she admitted in 2017 when someone physically shamed her implants on Instagram. "I WANT TO SEE MY BOOBS since I bought them ... my first expensive purchase," Cardi replied.

The rapper was also open about her buttock implants, which she revealed in an interview with GQ in 2018. In the interview, Cardi shared how the procedure nearly killed her when she received € 800 butt injections in a Queens basement with no anesthetics. "It was the craziest pain I've ever had. I felt like I was going to pass out. I felt a little dizzy. And it leaks for about five days," Cardi said. She was supposed to come back for follow-up appointments, but never did after the doctor closed after "someone died on the table".

Britney Spears: lip filler

Spears was shy about the plastic surgery she received. But in 2014, she confirmed to InStyle that she had lip fillers, as well as some unnamed "fun stuff". I see a doctor, [Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon] Dr. [Raj] Kanodia, does me funny things sometimes - I've had lip injections before, "Spears said.

Ashley Tisdale: nose job

In 2007, Tisdale confessed to getting a nasal nose for her deflected septum, which improved her breathing and fixed two fractures on her nose. "Growing up, I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which led to breathing problems," she told people. “The older I got, the worse it got. I went to have it checked and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent off and I had two small breaks on my nose. "

Ashlee Simpson: nose job

Although Simpson never confirmed she got a nose job in 2006, she hinted at the course of action in a 2009 interview with Us Weekly. "As long as people have two eyes, you probably know the answer," she said.

The rumors were also confirmed by Simpson's father Joe, who suggested that Simpson had a nose job to fix her abnormal septum. "There was a real problem with her breathing and it was cured," he told Fox News in 2007.

Ariel Winter: Breast Reduction

In 2015, Winter Glamor told that she received a breast reduction after years of back pain, bullying and struggling to find suitable clothes. "I was 15 years old with [size] F [breasts]," Winter said. "It's like how do you navigate that?"

Winter and her doctor decided to switch from the size F breasts to a D cup so that she would still look proportional to her curvy body but not be in as much pain.

"I knew for a fact that I wasn't going to get any bigger than a D because the important thing was to get rid of it! I was a 32F and that was too big for me!" Said the winter. "My doctor said we shouldn't go bigger than a D and I agreed. He said he didn't think we should go smaller than a C and I agreed. And the reason I said that was that I've always been a Curvier Girl Always and I enjoy being a Curvier Girl I don't want to be disproportionate anymore I have a big butt I like a big butt I didn't want a big butt or boobs! "

Anna Faris: Boob job, lip filler

Faris became interested in plastic surgery after her role in The House Bunny in 2008. One procedure she regrets is her lip fillers, which she said were "definitely not the right choice for her" after her friends pointed out that her lips looked too big.

“I got lip injections on my upper lip,” Faris wrote in her 2017 memoir: Unqualified. “I did a little bit and noticed a little difference, but no one ever said anything. I kept wondering if anyone even noticed. "

Faris has no regrets when it comes to breast augmentation. After wearing a "heavy, heavily padded bra" at The House Bunny, Faris decided to have breast implants with the help of her then-husband Chris Pratt. "I had recently ended my first marriage and had clearly been going through a year of revolutionary change - independence and a boob job!" Wrote Faris.
