It is a case that remains a mystery to this day. On September 7, 1996, 2Pac watched a boxing match between Iron Mike and Bruce Seldon, the then WBA titleholder, at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. After a violent gang fight, the fatal shots rang out at a red light at the car in which Tupac and the producer Suge Knight were sitting. The murder remains unsolved to this day. Mike Tyson is someone who is still emotionally touched by the story after 25 years. When asked about Tupac in a podcast in 2019, he lost his composure and attacked the interviewer. In a recent interview with Vlad TV, the boxer had a little more control and spoke calmly about his relationship with the rap legend. In the conversation he even admitted complicity in the death of his friend.

The friendship between the two apparently began outside a club in Brooklyn where the two first met. The two apparently got along well and even had plans together. Together they wanted to set up community centers in American ghettos.
