Can I play on Ryzen without a GPU?

Does the Ryzen 5 3600 work briefly without GraKa?

1. Please tell us your current hardware:
(You're welcome actually list here and do not refer to signature, as this is not seen by some and hardware changes)
  • Processor (CPU): Ryzen 5 3600
  • RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB
  • Mainboard: MSI B550 Gaming Edge WIFI
  • Power supply: Corsair TX650M
  • Housing: Corsair ICUI 465X RGB
  • Graphics card: - (Sapphire Radeon RX5700 XT Nitro +)
  • HDD / SSD: Sandisk SSD SATA Plus 1TB & Kingston A2000 SSD NVMe PCI M.2 2289 1TB
  • Other hardware obviously related to the problem (monitor model, cooling, etc.): -

2. Describe your problem. The more precisely and better you describe your problem, the better you can be helped (additional pictures could be helpful, for example):
I have just assembled my PC with the parts mentioned above, but the graphics card is only coming and has therefore not yet been installed. When starting, the red CPU LED on the mainboard now lights up. Can this have something to do with the fact that no graphics card is in it yet?
And should the PC start without a GPU? The Ryzen has no graphics installed, but it would not be possible to boot with the motherboard (it would have display port, that's why I thought). Unfortunately I have almost no idea, this is my first build, which I made based on Youtube videos. In the pictures you can see the mainboard, if that helps. CPU power is connected at the top left, you can not see it in the photos.

3. What steps have you already taken / tried to solve the problem and what did it bring?
Tried several display ports and HDMI cables, otherwise nothing, as I have very little idea, as I said.

Thank you for your answers!
